The successful Supplier will be required to provide cleaning services to Park view School. We are seeking tender submissions for the whole contract. The Park View School is a high performing community school in Tottenham, North London where the successful contractor will be required to deliver a service and meet the requirements of the specification from the contract commencement. The school for the tender is: •Park View School, 252 West Green Road, Haringey, London, N15 3QR The contract being tendered is for 3 years in duration from 1st September 2026 until 31 August 2029, with the option to extend for further terms of 1 + 1 years on the same terms and conditions excluding the right to further extend. The contract will be a fixed price in nature, with the Contractor invoicing the Client for one-twelfth of the annual cost monthly. Whilst the monthly charge will represent one-twelfth of the contract cost, a reconciliation will take place monthly to reconcile the actual hours worked within the contract. If the hours worked are less than those budgeted a credit will be required by the school. This credit will be calculated by dividing the annual contract cost (fixed cost) by the number of annual input hours to arrive at a contractual cost per hour, this will then be multiplied by the number of hours due to arrive at the fiscal credit. The school requires that the tendered number of hours are always worked, and the successful contractor is expected to have a system in place to cover for both planned and unplanned leave. The basis and rationale that the Client requires is for the successful contractor to operate to always being able to provide a clean school that is fit for purpose and that the Contractor is proactive in the management of the contract, thus ensuring that all output specifications are achieved and that the required frequency of cleans is delivered. The tender project is seeking to appoint a Contractor whose initiative and innovation will be welcomed for the provision of the services. The high-quality service levels proposed, should maintain excellent standards throughout, resulting in a clean and pleasant environment for students, staff and visitors within all the school consistently. It should be noted that the successful contractor will be expected to bring to the contract: innovation; new equipment; and cleaning methods, with BICSc’s standards being achieved, as a minimum, ensuring that the highest levels of cleanliness are maintained in all areas at all times and also ensuring that the productivity of the cleaning operatives is enhanced moving forward into the new contract term. The successful contractor will be expected to put forward both innovation and their proposals for making this contract more environmentally sensitive and carbon neutral moving into this contract term both by way of contract delivery, and within the successful contractor’s organisation while working to deliver the Park View Schools’ environmental policies. The terms and conditions of employment and recognition offered to the cleaning operatives should be both progressive and forward thinking ensuring that the staffing establishment is always complete with staff turnover being kept to a minimum. The School year is based on a calendar of 195 days. North Wales Police (NWP) and North Wales Fire and Rescue Service (NWFRS) are seeking to appoint multiple Electrical Contractors for Reactive/Planned Maintenance and Installation Building Works; with a maximum of 4 to be awarded. NWP and NWFRS have a diverse portfolio of approximately 120 properties across North Wales comprising of Police Stations, Fire Stations, Offices and Fleet Departments. The term of contract will be for 5 years – 2 years + 3 x 12 monthly extensions on the agreement of both parties. To provide an effective and responsive service to ensure all maintenance/property defects are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner. Service will be required 24 hours a day, 364/5 days a year. When called out the contractors must be on site within 2 hours. Work on a rota system to ensure fair coverage. The aim is to produce a 24/7 callout system to ensure the estate is maintained to a high standard and will be required to react to repairing minor defaults and breakdown e.g. faulty light switch, install new USB socket, faulty electric shower, install a new induction hob; along with electrical installation works projects to the maximum value of £30K. The Northern Ireland Courts and Tribunals Service (NICTS) is an Executive Agency of the Department of Justice (DoJ). NICTS are accountable to the Department and the Northern Ireland Assembly. Whiteley Homes Trust (WHT) requires a Contractor to deliver comprehensive cleaning services across its estate at Whiteley Village. The contract covers communal areas within residential buildings including entrances, exits, doors and door glass, hallways, landings, staircases, internal and external windows, walls, ceilings, light fittings, skirting boards, ledges and bin rooms, together with external areas and courtyards. The contract also includes cleaning of a range of community and amenity facilities including offices, kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, communal lounges, a church, pool and changing rooms, activity centre, clubhouse and community café, shop complex and village hall. Furniture cleaning and the maintenance of communal lighting checks are also included within the scope. Optional and instructed works include pressure washing of floors, walls and ceilings, machine scrubbing and stripping and polishing of vinyl floors, steam cleaning of carpeted areas, graffiti removal and bulk waste and fly-tip removal. The Contractor will be required to provide all equipment, materials and cleaning chemicals, and maintain appropriate health and safety, COSHH and risk assessment records throughout the contract. The Site must always meet health, safety and environmental standards appropriate to the Site and its use and the successful Contractor must comply with the Client’s health, safety and environmental policies and procedures. The Services must be provided so as not to interrupt the routine of the Site. The focus of our requirement is for a high-quality cleaning service, fully compliant to the agreed specification. The general standard of cleaning shall be in accordance with the BICSc Cleaning Standards, with BICSc training given to all cleaning operatives employed within this contract. We are seeking a suitably experienced contractor who has current experience of working within the secondary school or HE/FE marketplace, ideally with a strong operational base within the Gloucestershire area, thus allowing for both adequate contract support and the operational flexibility that is to be delivered in support of the contract as and when required. The scope of the contract covers all cleaning provision within School buildings. The successful contractor will be expected to deliver a concise and detailed method of management reporting at the end of each month thus updating the senior management team within the School on the contract performance.
