Lancaster University is looking to re-tender its Specialised Cleaning Services and aims to establish a framework with up to 3 - 5 suppliers on each lot. The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to ensure the University has a sustainable supply of contractors to meet workload demands and achieves best value for money. YPO are looking for providers to be appointed onto a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of FM Services Buildings in Use Support Services. This DPS is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO's internal requirements and any of YPO's wholly owned subsidiary companies.
