Invitation to Tender (ITT-0001-2026): Cleaning Contract - Public Conveniences on behalf of St Ives Town Council, Cornwall.

St Ives is a busy seaside town in the far South West of England. The Council is seeking suitably qualified and skilled cleaning contractors to deliver a cleaning service across nine sites and facilities within the parish. The majority of the sites are open all year round, but with some seasonal variation. During the high season, sites must be open and clean daily as up to 200,000 visits take place annually across the sites. The approximate overall budget range for the tender is estimated to be between £800k and £900k (exc. VAT) for the whole term (including extensions) - although it will be for suppliers to assess based on the information provide.
